Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT). We are closed on Canadian statutory holidays. Emails received outside these hours will be answered the next business day.

ProvenPicks operates online and is based in Alberta, Canada. We don't accept returns or product deliveries by post — to start a return or send anything our way, email support@provenpicks.ca first and we'll share instructions.
