Shipping Times
Because we source products directly from our suppliers (dropship model), delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that shipping windows may vary depending on your location and supplier stock.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Some items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) may be non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@provenpicks.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs. Include photos of the damage or error to help us process your claim quickly.
Refund Processing via Stripe
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as intimate apparel, digital downloads, or items marked as final sale, cannot be returned. Please check the product page before purchasing. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
