Account and Order Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or a violation of these terms.

All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items without notice. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without prior notice.

ProvenPicks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. This does not affect your statutory rights under Canadian law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
